Self-paced course access
The $197 enrollment includes one personal, non-transferable license to access the current 16-part Korean No Glue Lash Lift™ professional-education course through Heartbeat. It is not ownership of the videos or course materials.
You may view the course for your own professional education. You may not copy, record, download where downloading is not expressly offered, resell, sublicense, publish, share login credentials, distribute course materials, or use the materials to train others.
Access requires a Heartbeat account created with the same email used at checkout. Access continues while the course and platform remain offered and while the account complies with these terms. We do not promise perpetual platform availability. If we discontinue the course without providing a reasonable replacement access method, affected purchasers may request a prorated or full remedy as required by law and the circumstances.
The course includes no physical kit, certification, government license, trademark license, recurring live calls, unlimited coaching, guaranteed result, income promise, or client-booking promise.
Seven-day course refund policy
You may request a full refund of the $197 self-paced course payment for any reason within seven calendar days after the charge. Send the request by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the seventh calendar day.
After the seven-day period, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. We will still review duplicate charges, a failure to provide the purchased access that we cannot correct, and any remedy required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We initiate approved refunds within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
$79 asynchronous video assessment
The assessment includes one written six-part scorecard, one priority adjustment, and one resubmission reviewed within 14 days. The five-business-day response target begins only after payment is verified and every required evidence item is complete and accessible.
The assessment payment is fully refundable until Olivia begins reviewing a complete evidence submission. After review begins, it is nonrefundable because the individualized service is being performed. If Olivia declines or cannot perform the assessment, the payment is refunded in full.
Incomplete or inaccessible evidence is returned for correction and does not count as the start of review. The assessment does not guarantee a passing result and does not issue certification, licensing, medical approval, or a trademark license.
Professional responsibility and outcomes
This is professional education. The purchaser remains responsible for local licensing, insurance, model consent, product selection, manufacturer instructions, contraindications, patch testing, sanitation, and deciding whether a service is appropriate for a client. Individual results vary with starting lashes, products, processing decisions, and artist execution.
